Pellegrino Mixed Martial Arts was founded in 2008 by Kurt Pellegrino, a 13 time UFC veteran. Through his years of experience in martial arts and fitness and being coached by the top strength and conditioning coaches in the world thru out his fighting career, Coach Kurt implemented a top notch fitness program in his academy. Over the past year, his female members have quadrupled. This is when we decided our women needed a program all their own! And here it is!

Every woman in our bootcamp has different long and short term goals. Each one of our bootcampers will have their own portfolio tailor made to help achieve their personal goals. Our program focuses on a combination of kickboxing, cross training, and interval training.
